Data Stored Only on Your Device

All user-generated content created in the Ritua app—such as habit names, habit completion history, timers, timer completion history, and mood history—is stored solely on your personal device. This data is not collected, transmitted to, or stored on any servers. Full control over this information is retained by you.

1. Information Collected

For app functionality and enhancement, trusted third-party services are utilized to collect two categories of data: data linked to you for essential services and anonymous data for analytics.

a. Anonymous Data (for Analytics & Performance)

This data is gathered to assess and improve app performance and cannot be linked to you personally. It is collected by Google Analytics and Firebase and includes:

• Usage Data: Metrics such as app launches and screen views.
• Onboarding Data: Anonymous responses to survey questions during app onboarding, including how you discovered the app, to help understand user acquisition and improve the service.
• Crash & Performance Data: Crash reports and performance metrics like launch time to address bugs and enhance reliability.
• Anonymous Location Data: Approximate country and city are derived from your IP address by Google Analytics and Firebase for analytics purposes.

b. Data Linked to You (for Purchase Management)

To manage and process in-app subscriptions, the third-party provider Adapty collects the following essential information. This data is used solely for subscription validation and restoration.

• Device ID: A unique, anonymous identifier for your device, used to associate your device with your subscription.
• Purchase Information: Records of your purchases to confirm subscription status.
• IP Address: Utilized by Adapty to ensure proper functioning of their services.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• Anonymous data is employed exclusively for analytics to enhance app stability, performance, and user experience.
• Data linked to you is required by Adapty for managing, validating, and restoring in-app purchases.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your personal information is not sold. Data is shared only with the third-party providers mentioned in this policy (Google, Firebase, Adapty) as needed for their services. These providers comply with stringent data protection standards.

3.1 Affiliate Program Data Sharing

If you access the Ritua app through an affiliate link or use an affiliate referral code, we share limited non-personal information with the affiliate to attribute the referral and validate conversions. This information does not directly identify you.

• Referral event information (e.g., app install or subscription)

Purpose

Referral attribution only—so the affiliate can understand that a conversion occurred as a result of their link or code. We do not use this information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Referral attribution data is retained only as long as necessary to attribute referrals and meet reporting requirements.

The Ritua app is not intended for users under 13 or the applicable age of consent in your region. Personal information from users under this age is not knowingly collected.
